BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Reporting to a Sr. VP of Operations, you will serve as an expert in advanced C4 technology and will help identify, bid and win new business in the C4 arena and you will identify new technologies, products and solutions that our client can integrate with their product set and take to market.
• As the VP of BD, you will identify and establish relationships with key military programs and large-scale Federal integrators with a focus on winning new work and identifying the next generation of advanced programs that our client can pursue.
• You will attend military and commercial forums to expand their market presence as well as to maintain a knowledge base of current and emerging military trends and technologies.

REQUIREMENTS
• We seek a leader, someone who will feel comfortable joining an existing team that seeks even more success.
• A technical degree is required, advanced technical degree preferred as is an existing DoD Secret clearance.
• We seek a polished team player, someone that will hit the ground running.
• 10 plus years DoD Business Development experience,
• BS/Engineering degree required, Master's degree preferred,
• Demonstrated experience in C4 BD to including million dollar programs!
• Ability to provide oversight on the proposal development process
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite,
• U.S. Citizenship required, Secret clearance highly desired.
• The ability to communicate effectively with senior management is required
